Residents live independently, in their own homes with their own front doors. No two villas are quite the same — this is a village that grew in a garden rather than off a plan. Judy can tell you exactly what the currently available villa includes.
The original Alison Homestead is our community centre — the place where the village gathers. Friday happy hour on the deck, movie nights and residents' dinners — and pets are always welcome. Nothing is compulsory, and everything is close.

Every villa has its own private garden that residents plant and keep however they like — some have grown beautiful flower gardens, others productive vege patches. The village looks after the lawns, grounds and building exteriors, so the gardening you do is the gardening you enjoy.
There is no rest home or hospital here, and that is deliberate. These are independent homes, and people live in them as they always have. Should extra help ever be wanted, residents are free to arrange it themselves, with providers of their own choosing. Decisions about care stay where they belong — with you, your family and your doctor.
