There are only thirteen villas here, so an open day with us is a quiet affair — no queues, no sales suite and no pressure. Judy Bisset, our Village Manager, will be here all day to show you around and answer your questions honestly.
Every villa is freestanding, with its own front door, carport and garden. See Villa 14 and Villa 7 from the front door in, then walk the gardens down to the waterfront.
What living here is actually like, how an Occupation Right Agreement works, and what is involved. Nothing is glossed over and there is no obligation of any kind.
Partners, adult children, a friend. Most people who move here have visited more than once, and often with family.
Villas are one and two bedroom homes with high timber ceilings, full-height glass onto the garden and a proper kitchen. You live independently, as you always have.
46 King Edward Parade, Devonport, Auckland. The village sits directly opposite Torpedo Bay, an easy level walk from the Devonport township and the ferry.
